Delete Your Account

You can delete your Launch It Mobile account and the personal information associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete it yourself in the app

Sign in to Launch It Mobile, go to Account Settings, and choose Delete Account. Confirm when prompted. Your account is closed immediately.

Request deletion by email

Email info@launchitmobile.io from the email address on your account with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, portfolio images and video, service listings, saved addresses, messages, and account login are permanently removed.

What we have to keep

We retain booking and payment records where tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations require it. These are kept for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose. Payment records held by Stripe are governed by Stripe's own retention policies.

Timeline

Account deletion is immediate. Associated personal data is removed within 90 days.
