Privacy Policy

Launch It Mobile is a marketplace that connects businesses with local creative professionals for in person content shoots. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using Launch It Mobile, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Launch It Mobile is operated by Launch It Agency LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@launchitmobile.io.

2. Information you give us

Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.

Creative profiles. If you sign up as a creative professional, we collect your portfolio images and video, biography, service categories, pricing, availability, and the geographic area you serve.

Brand profiles. If you sign up as a business, we collect your business name, business category, and the address of the location where shoots will take place.

Booking information. Details of the sessions you request or accept, including dates, times, locations, project briefs, and the content delivered.

Messages. Messages exchanged between brands and creatives through the platform. Messaging becomes available only after a booking has been initiated.

Support communications. Information you provide when you contact us for help or report a problem.

3. Information we collect automatically

Location. With your permission, we use your device location to show nearby creatives and nearby brand locations. You can turn this off in your device settings. If you do, you can still use the app by entering a location manually.

Camera and photo library. With your permission, the app can access your camera and photo library so you can upload profile images, portfolio work, and content delivered for a booking. We access these only when you choose to upload something.

Device and usage information. Device type, operating system, app version, general usage activity, and error logs. We use this to keep the app working and to fix problems.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use them to keep you signed in and to understand how the app is used.

4. Payment information

Payments on Launch It Mobile are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number. When a booking is requested, the brand's payment method is authorized. Funds are captured when the creative accepts and are held until the content is delivered and approved. Creative professionals who receive payouts must set up a Stripe Connect account. Stripe collects the identity and tax information it needs to pay you, including a taxpayer identification number, and handles that information under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

5. How we use your information

We use the information described above to create and maintain your account, show creatives and brands to each other and enable bookings, process payments and issue payouts, enable messaging between matched parties, send transactional messages such as booking confirmations and acceptance notices and delivery reminders, send marketing emails which you can unsubscribe from at any time, verify identity and prevent fraud and enforce our terms, improve the platform and troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

6. What other users can see

Creative profiles are public within the app. Your name, photo, portfolio, service categories, pricing, service area, and reviews are visible to brands browsing the marketplace.

Brand location is shared once a booking is initiated. The shoot address is shown to the creative who accepts the booking.

Contact details are not published. Launch It Mobile does not permit phone numbers, email addresses, or outside links in public profiles. Contact happens through in app messaging after a booking begins.

7. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform, and only as needed: Stripe for payment processing and payouts, Supabase for database hosting and authentication, SendGrid for transactional email, Mailchimp for marketing email, Google Firebase for push notifications, and Apple and Google in connection with app distribution. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. After you close your account we delete or de identify your information within 90 days, except for records we are required to keep for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.

9. Your choices and rights

Access and correction. You can view and edit most of your information in your profile settings.

Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by emailing info@launchitmobile.io. Deleting your account removes your profile from the marketplace and deletes your personal information subject to the retention rules in Section 8.

Marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about your bookings.

Location, camera, and notifications. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in your device settings.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. To make a request, email info@launchitmobile.io. We will verify your identity before responding.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and role based permissions to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Age requirement

Launch It Mobile is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact info@launchitmobile.io.

12. Where your information is stored

Launch It Mobile is operated from the United States and your information is stored on servers located in the United States. If you use the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
